Spray application
(The recipe given below is not for promotion of the chemical brands. You may find a number of other chemicals in market to complete this task. The mentioned chemicals are products of NEARCHEM and are for to give you just a right idea)
De-size with:
1% NEARZIM 610
At 60°C for 20 minutes, rinse, dry.
Apply resins by spray a solution made as follows:
80 g/l NOFELDING WF
30 g/l NEARFINISH MLD
10 g/l KATALIN MO
Spray where wrinkles are required, and then spray all-over (to level eventual differences
in tinting).
Create the wrinkles,
Dry, and the cure in oven at 140°C for 20 minutes.
Scrape the garment and spray with a solution of potassium permanganate, leave
hanging to react, neutralize with:
1 g/l NEARCLEAR KP liq.
At 30°C for 20 minutes, rinse.
Do enzymatic stone wash:
1 % NEARSTONE LBT
0.2 g/l NEARISERVE ECO PEARL
L.R. 10:1 at 50°C for 45 minutes.
Soften with:
2.0% NEARFINISH CF622
Acetic acid pH 5.5,
at 40°C for 20 minutes.
Right part of denim was sprayed as above, Left part was sprayed with same recipe
except 80 g/ NOFELDING WF changed with 100 g/l EVOPRET RFF (Dystar).
