Spray application and Hot Press
The recipe given below is not for promotion of the chemical brands. You may find a number of other chemicals in market to complete this task. The mentioned chemicals are products of NEARCHEM and are for to give you just a right idea.
Garments must be free of any finishing.
Enzymatic bio-polish to eliminate hairiness:
0.5 % NEARSTONE RPN
At 45°C for 30 minutes, rinse.
– In bath:
Treat in bath at low liquor ratio:
5 g/l NAIGARD TNPR
At 30°C for 20 minutes, light centrifuge (residual pick-up 100%), dry in tumble dryer at
70°C, cure at 140°C for 10 minutes, check water rep ellence.
Prepare a solution made of:
960 g/l NEARFINISH GLOSS 770
40 g/l KATALIN IBN (add slowly by stirring)
Eventually colour with NEARSTONE pigments,
E.g. for a black add:
1 g/l NEARSTONE BLACK N
For blue denim colour add:
0.2 g/l NEARSTONE NAVY BLUE D-2R
0.05 g/l NEARSTONE GREEN D-GB
Spray 50% on good’s weight, e.g. 300ml of solution for a 600g garment.
– Spray one passage (200ml), smoothen with a damp brush, dry at 50-60°C,
– Spray a second passage (100ml) and brush again.
– Press at 120°C for 5 seconds at 40 kg/cm 2.
– Cure at 140°C for 10 minutes.
Rinse in water, soften with:
2.0% NEARFINISH CF622
Acetic acid pH 5.5, at 40°C for 20 minutes.
The glossy effect will resist domestic washes at 40°C.
